Thriving

Where do you want your Business to be next year?

Thriving or just Surviving..?

As the end of the year fast approaches what will be on your list of New Year’s Resolutions??

The same as last year’s list??

I want to spend more time with the family

  • I want to work less hours
  • I want to travel more
  • I want to run a marathon

So are you going to make plans to achieve these goals or will you still be writing the same list next year?

Why not start 2010 with a Plan for the year and take ACTION towards achieving these goals.

Break the plan into 4 quarters to make it more manageable, I call this a 90 Day Plan, but whatever you name it, one thing is for sure you MUST have a Plan and you MUST follow this plan.

One of the most powerful lessons that can be learned from those that plan is that they do better than those that don’t have one. Benenfits by those that plan are that their business will move in the direction they wish it to go and they will have improved results. You will not only benefit individually but your team will achieve greater performance.

To initiate your plan you may have to move out of your comfort zone. Very often the fear of moving out of your comfort zone will prevent a business from moving forward. Reaching your goals and your dreams is more attainable by creating change and facing the reality of knowing that you are not content to work long hours for little profit and poor results.

What you need to do:

  • Have a plan & work with a plan
  • Set goals
  • Set a sound budget & stick to it
  • Think ahead
  • Build capability in yourself and your team
  • Be accountable to your plan throughout the year

If you cannot do it on your own – Get a coach & work with a coach. Just like top sports people, they all have a Coach to help them achieve their full potential. YOU to can achieve that potential if you act & take action NOW!
